We care about social issues in our communities and are proactively supporting initiatives that support programs that enhance education, spur economic development, and protect natural resources. PROPERTY INDUSTRY FOUNDATION
FREE FLOW COLLECTION WITH KATE MILLS
Milliken is a proud partner of the Property Industry Foundation, an organisation devoted to alleviating the problem of youth homelessness.
The Property Industry Foundation brings together the property and construction industry in a unique collaboration to have a tangible impact on youth homelessness. Powered by the industry, The Foundation builds homes for homeless youth and provides ongoing support for homes where young people can rebuild their lives.
Milliken is actively engaged in fundraising initiatives and volunteer programs for the Foundation and with the aim of creating a regular and sustainable fundraising stream, Milliken has also created the “Product Pathway”.
The “Product Pathway” is a unique fundraising model created by Milliken for the Property Industry Foundation where a contribution from every dollar of sales is donated to the foundation to build homes for homeless youth.
I AM HOPE
Milliken is a proud supporter of the ‘I AM HOPE’ initiative, a youth and community-focused support group with the aim to promote positive attitudinal societal change around mental health throughout New Zealand, offering hope and a voice to young people.
Our Circular Relationships collection by designer Ashley Rose Oswin is a collaboration between the Designers Institute of New Zealand and Milliken which also raises funds for the charity where a contribution from every dollar of sales is donated to the I am Hope initiative.
